You can choose to purchase your artwork unframed or opt for a professionally framed piece. We currently offer anthracite black and whitewash aluwood frames, carefully selected to complement the timeless beauty of the prints.

At this time, we don’t offer payment plans.

However, we accept a wide range of secure payment methods, including PayPal, which may have financing options available.

For orders within Finland, your new art investment will typically arrive within 7–14 days. If you’ve chosen to pick up your print directly from our trusted printhouse, Dialab, it’s usually ready for collection within 4 to 7 weekdays.

For international orders, shipping times are slightly longer, ranging from 14 to 25 days, depending on the destination.

To keep you informed and reassured, you’ll receive a notification as soon as your print begins its journey to you. I want you to feel confident knowing your artwork is on its way, handled with care every step of the process.

Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 14–25 days, depending on the destination. Please note that customs fees may apply on orders outside EU.

This depends on your location.

Within Finland and the EU: There are no additional customs fees or tariffs.

Outside the EU: Orders may be subject to customs fees, tariffs or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the client. These charges vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

All of our prints are meticulously handcrafted to order, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards of quality. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except under special circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged goods or lost shipments

In the rare event your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please contact us immediately at info@tiiahurme.com with your order details and photographs of the damage (if applicable). We’ll work with you to replace or resolve the issue promptly.

If a return is accepted

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

If the product is damaged during the return process due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund based on the extent of the damage.
