Art & Value

What makes your art special?

Each piece is inspired by Finnish myths, folklore, and the quiet beauty of nature.

My goal is to bring a sense of stillness and connection to your space, offering not just art but a meaningful experience.

Every photograph is carefully chosen to reflect timeless quality and the magic of the natural world.

What is the difference between Fine Art and Gallery Editions?

Fine Art prints are my "bread and butter", they are my main collection and pieces I weave myths into. I love and adore these pieces and the stories they carry.

Gallery Editions, whoever, are something different. They are extra special and doesn't bend to any rules. They are bold, unapologetic and can vary from theme to theme. The only thing they have in common is that they are made to stir feelings and thoughts. You don't need to like them, you just need to feel them.

Fine Arts are limited to 30 pieces.
Gallery Editions to 15 pieces.

Gallery Editions are usually not for sale but they are occasionally available (exhibitions, special occasions...).

What materials do you use for your prints?

I have selected world-class Hahnemühle PhotoRag Satin (310 gsm, 100% cotton) paper for all my prints, as it represents colors perfectly and has a gorgeous satin finish. It is also museum-quality Giclée paper and, when treated properly, will last up to 100 years (or more).

For frames, I have chosen high-quality Aluwood frames that combine the best of two worlds: the longevity and lightweight nature of aluminum and the stunning feel of natural wood.

How do you ensure the quality of your prints?

Firstly, I have the best print house in all the land - their dedication and expertise is beyond amazing and it's such a pleasure to be able to work with them as a team.

As I am hand-signing each and every print before shipping them to their new homes, I naturally will check that each print is as they should be.

I also take test prints from all of my prints before they are added to the shop and work on them until they are perfect.

Are these limited editions?

Yes, all my prints are limited and numbered.

Fine Art prints are limited to 30 pieces (10 per each size).

Gallery Editions are limited to 15 pieces and they are open for sale only once in a while (usually around exhibitions or other special occasions).

Once something is gone, it's gone for good.

(Note: Additional pieces, such as portfolios, photography books, postcards, exhibition pieces or artist's own pieces can still be printed or published as these are different in nature and doesn't affect the value of the originals)

Are your prints signed?

Yes! Every print is hand-signed and numbered by me before shipment. This way I can also ensure that the print is in mint condition and meets my overly-high quality standards.

Do I get a certificate of authenticity with my order?

Of course. You will get a certificate of authenticity that tells you everything you need to know about your new art piece (name, size, materials used, number and purchase date).

You will also get a care guide within your order - I want your art to last a lifetime with you and taking properly care of it will ensure that (just like with any other lifelong companionship's).

How should I care for my print?

Can I hang my print in a humid environment like a bathroom?

Ordering Process

How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple and secure through my Shopify-powered website. Just
select the print you love, choose the size and the frame you like, and proceed to checkout.

Can I order a custom size or crop of a print?

At this time, I only offer prints in the sizes listed on my website to ensure the integrity and quality of the artwork.

Do you take commissions?

At this moment, no but I'm happy to hear your wishes (and grant them if possible). I treat every photography sessions as an adventure and don't expect nature to provide my demands. It gives me what it wants (sometimes nothing...!) and I'll always respect that. This means that accepting commissions is not possible, I simply cannot know if and when nature is willing to provide them.

But I'm happy to keep your wishes in the back of my mind.
