At Tiia Hurme Photography, we are committed to providing a seamless and eco-conscious shipping experience for our customers. Please read the following details regarding our shipping options, delivery times, and policies.
1. Shipping Options
Free Shipping
We can occasionally offer free shipping withing Finland or in Europe. These will be notified on the website and at the checkout.
Standard Shipping / Finland
Shipping costs in Finland are 5,90€ (Matkahuolto Pick-Up) or 9,90€ (Schenker home delivery).
You also have option to pick-up your print straight from our printhouse Dialab in Helsinki for free of charge.
Standard Shipping / Europe
Shipping costs in Europe will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination.
2. Delivery Times
All products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and sustainability. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Finland: 7–14 business days
- Europe (EU): 12–24 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or shipping provider issues.
3. Customs and Duties
For orders outside the EU:
- Your order may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are determined by your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
For orders within the EU:
- No customs fees or duties will apply.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
4. Packaging and Sustainability
We use eco-friendly, recycled packaging materials to align with our commitment to sustainability. Prints arrive in recycled, protective tubes. Framed prints are shipped in crates to ensure maximum protection. Your order will arrive carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
5. Shipping Status and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). If you have any concerns or questions about your shipment, please contact us at info@tiiahurme.com.
6. Delays and Issues
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
