Return and Refund Policy

At Tiia Hurme Photography, all of our fine art prints are made to order, hand-signed and numbered to ensure the highest quality, value and sustainability. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products. Please review the details of our policy below.

For additional products, such as calendars, notebooks, bookmarks and bags, we offer you a full 14 day return possibility. All items must be intact and must be returned in their original packaging, followed by the given instructions.


1. All Art Sales Are Final

All art purchases made through www.tiiahurme.com are final. We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or product selection

We encourage you to carefully review all product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing your order. If you are unsure, you can always contact us (info@tiiahurme.com) and ask for advice, whether it's choosing the right size or selecting a piece that fits your desired style.


2. Damaged or Defective Items, lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or defective or the shipping was lost, we are here to help! Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@tiiahurme.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
  3. Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

Note: Retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved, as we may require it for claims or returns.


3. Custom Orders

Custom orders, including framed prints and Gallery Edition pieces, are also final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


4. International Orders and Customs Fees

For international orders, please note:

  • Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We cannot issue refunds for orders delayed or returned due to unpaid customs charges.
