Production & Processing Time
Each Fine Art print is crafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your artwork to be carefully prepared and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Packaging
All prints are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. I work closely with Dialab, my trusted print partner in Helsinki, to oversee every step of the process. Each order is shipped with tracking, so you can follow your artwork’s journey to your home.

Shipping Costs

• Finland & Europe: Free shipping on orders over 250€ - so all Fine Art pieces ship free!
• International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times

• Finland: Typically 2–7 business days after dispatch
• Europe: Usually 5–14 business days after dispatch
• Rest of World: Delivery times may vary, but most orders arrive within 10–20 business days

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your print ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind
Because each print is made to order and signed, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all details carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions or need help choosing, I’m always happy to assist before you order.

Customs & Duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.
